Kroger Deals for 2/5 through 2/11

I assume you all have noticed that the Kroger ad now starts on Wednesday each week. The only problem with this is I used to shop Kroger and Walmart every Wednesday morning. Now I think I will do Walmart on Wednesday morning, maybe with a Dollar Tree or other run. I did Food City this week, as Walmart has been out of our flavor of Ragu pasta sauce and Kroger stopped carrying our flavor and Food City had a Ragu deal and they are the only store who carries no salt added canned beans. Now I will have to justify making the drive for just a Kroger run, and I have to figure how to get the insert each week. This week I drove by Kroger and picked it up while I was doing my Wednesday morning shopping. I had hoped it would be in my Tuesday mail or maybe it would be in the Wednesday Oak Ridger that I pick up for price matching Aldi’s at Walmart and for the Smartsource coupons from the previous Sunday, but no such luck.

Looking at this ad, I am not fond of hardly any of the Super Sale digital coupon deals they list. Most seem high, especially since I can’t use a paper coupon in addition to the digital coupon. The Super Sale digital coupons can be used up to 5 times in a single transaction, so you are not limited to only one like normal digital coupons.

Red Tomatoes on the Vine $.99/lb.
Blueberries 6 oz. $1.99
Mandarins, Navel Oranges or Red Grapefruit 3 to 5 lb. bag $3.99

Honeysuckle Ground Turkey 93% Lean 16 oz. $2.99
Use $1 off 1 Kroger Super Sale digital ecoupon
Final Price: $1.99

Pork Boston Butt Bone-In Pork Shoulder $1.49/lb. (I always find this confusing is it butt or shoulder? Or are those somewhat the same when you are four legged and don’t really have a shoulder, verses lower legs?)
Carolina Pride Smoked Sausage or Cocktail Smokies 14 to 16 oz. $2

Milk Gallon $3.29

Chobani Greek Yogurt 5.3 oz. $1
Use $1 off 10 Kroger Super Sale digital ecoupon
Final Price: $.90 each

Sargento Cheese 8 oz. $2.49
Use $.50 off 1 shredded or stick cheese Kroger Super Sale digital ecoupon
Final Price: $1.99 (I find this a reasonable price, but have found the Kroger brand cheaper fairly regularly, but if you like a blend that you can’t find in the Kroger brand, I could see getting that, or you are out and need it.)

Kroger cheese 6 to 8 oz. or Singles 16 ct. $1.99

Eggo Waffles or Pancakes or French Toast 6 to 40 ct. $2.19
Use $.50 off 1 Kroger Super Sale digital ecoupon (under frozen foods)
Final Price: $1.69 (This is not a bad price, but Kroger has had their store brand for $1 somewhat recently, so I am well stocked on these.)

7up 2 Liters $1
Use $.75 off 1 7UP Ten, A&W Ten, Canada Dry Ten, RC Ten Or Sunkist Ten Soda, Any 2-Liter Bottle (DND) from 01-12-14 SS

Final Price: as cheap as $.67 with the $1 off 3 printable coupon

Jif Peanut Butter 15 to 16 oz. or Smucker’s Spread 17.25 to 18 oz. $2.49
Use $.50 off 1 Kroger Supersale digital ecoupon (under Condiments)
Final Price: $1.99 (Food City has the Jif Peanut Butter for $1.88 this week, ending on Saturday.)

Non Food Items
Kroger Liquid Hand Soap 7.5 to 11.25 oz. Bonus $.88 (Dollar tree has a refill container 20 oz. for $1, so I am never overly happy with this price.)

4x Fuel Points on all Restaurant Gift cards from 2/5 through 2/18th. Restrictions apply. See store for details.

Friday Freebie Download
Download a digital coupon for one free Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt 5.3 oz. this Friday, February 7th and redeem by 2/22/14.

Now to decide if I can justify heading to Kroger this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon.
