CVS and Walgreens Deals for 1/19 through 1/25

Here is the CVS Pocket Your Dollars listing. Pepsi 2 liters $.99, limit 5. Coke 12 packs 4 for $10, which I already price matched at Walmart. Dr. Pepper 2 liters $.99, limit 5. Austin sandwich cracker packs $.99. (I wonder if this is the 6 pack or an 8 pack. I used to be able to buy the 8 pack for $1, but now can only seem to find the 6 pack for $1. Picture in ad looks like an 8 pack.) Speed stick or Lady Speed Stick $1.99 and use buy one get one free Speed Stick Or Lady Speed Stick Antiperspirant/Deodorant, Any (Excludes GEAR and 0.5 Oz. Trial Sizes) (No More Than 4 Coupons for the Same Product in Same Transaction) from 01-19-14 SS – valid up to $2.99. This makes it basically $1 each. Some blogs are reporting a deodorant coupon from the CVS coupon machine. I have also seen mention of buying this deal…

Buy six Speed Stick ($11.94 – should trigger ExtraBucks)
Use three B1G1F coupons from 1/19 SS
Pay $5.97 and get $6 back in ExtraBucks = all FREE and a moneymaker!
(If for some reason it does not trigger, buy eight. With four B1G1F coupons, you’ll pay $7.96 and get $6 back — $1.96 for seven!)

Okay, I hunted around a bit, and at least one commenter said this deodorant deal did work for her. V05 shampoo or conditioner 12.5 to 15 oz. $.79. Palmolive dish liquid 10 oz. $.99 and receive a coupon from the CVS machine for $.25 off 1 and use the $.25 off 1 coupon from 1/19 SS. Gallon of milk whole, skim, 1% or 2% $3.59 and receive $1 back in ECB, limit 2. Softsoap or Irish spring body wash 15 to 18 oz. or Irish Spring bar soap 6 pk. $3. Buy 4 of the irish spring/soft soap items listed for $12 and receive $6 back in ECBs. There is supposed to be Irish Spring and Soft Soap Body Wash coupons in the 1/19 SS, but I don’t see them in my insert. Looks like the deodorant deal is about the only interesting one, so unless I go to Walgreens, I will probably skip CVS this week. One person reported that the CVS register gave full value for the bogo coupon, IE the register took off the full $2.99, which could make it a really good deal.

Here is the Walgreens Pocket Your Dollars listing. General Mills Cereal 10.7 to 13 oz. $1.99. Pocket Your Dollars or my previous Kroger post lists the main General Mills coupons out. (Normally, I like an 8 pack of paper towels for $4, but the Sunny Smile pack I have now is extremely thin paper towels, so I would not pay that for this product.) Ocean Spray Craisins 9 oz. or Sun-Maid Raisins 13 oz. 2 for $4 or $2.49 each if not buying 2. Prego Pasta Sauce 24 or 26 oz. 2 for $3 or $1.99 each if not buying 2 and use $.40 off 2 from 1/5 SS. Use $.40 off 3 Campbell’s Condensed Soups, Any (Excludes Chicken Noodle, Tomato Or Cream Of Mushroom) from 01-12-14 SS or printable (coupons.com) or use $1 off 5 printable (Campbell’s website). Kraft Macaroni & Cheese 7.25 oz. $.89 with in ad coupon, limit 3. I am used to Walgreens having this on occasion for $.69, but this isn’t a bad deal, especially if you need a filler. Hershey’s valentine chocolates 8 or 8.5 oz. 2 for $5 and use $1 off 2 from Walgreens coupon booklet. Not sure which coupons will work here, but this is what Hershey’s bag candy coupons are out at the moment… $1 off 2 Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Drops, Kit Kat Minis, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Minis, Reese’s Peanut Butter Pieces, Or Rolo Minis, Any 8-10.5 Oz. from 01-19-14 SS. Valentine’s novelty candy singles $.39. Suave Shampoo or conditioner 12 oz. $.89 and use $1 off 1 Suave from February 2014 All You magazine. Softsoap body wash 15 or 18 oz. or Irish Spring bar soap 6 pack 2 for $6 and receive 2,000 balance rewards or the equivalent of $2 when you buy 2, can make a good deal with the coupons in the 1/19 SS, if you received them. Speed Stick or Lady Speed stick 2.4 to 3.25 oz. $1.99 and use the buy one get one free coupon in the 1/19 SS. Free after RRs items include: Rescue Pastilles 1.7 oz. ($6 RR), Topricin Foot Cream 4 oz. ($10 RR), H+Care Medicated Hemorrhoid wipes 54 pk. ($7 RR) and I-Cool Hot Flash Relief cloths 30 pk. ($6 RR). Hershey’s candy 1.4 to 2 oz. singles $.59 with in ad coupon, limit 6. I do like the Planter’s peanuts and the GEneral MIlls cereal, but as I am well stocked on cereal, I will probably be skipping Walgreens this week.
