The week seems to have gotten away from me again! Why does time seem to keep flying by?
Walgreens for this week are completely listed at Pocket Your Dollars. They have some Kellogg’s Cereal 8.7 to 13.7 oz. for $1.99. The AARP website has $2 off juice when you buy 2 limited varieties of Kellogg’s cereals, and $1.25 off 2 Kellogg’s limited varieties. Kellogg’s Family Rewards has $.50 off 1 Cinnamon Jacks, $.50 off 1 Crunchy Nut, $.70 off 1 Scooby Doo, $.50 off 1 Krave, $1 off 2 All Bran, Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes and Raisin Bran, $1 off 2 Frosted Mini-Wheats or Mini-Wheats crunch, $1 off 2 Rice or Cocoa Krispies, $1 off milk when you buy 1 crunchy nut, $2 off milk when you buy any 2 crunchy nut, $1 off fruit when you buy any crunchy nut, and $2 off fruit when you buy 2 crunchy nut. The same coupons are available on the Kellogg’s.com website. Makes for $1.49 for some cereal, which in Wisconsin I preferred $1, but lately haven’t been finding it that cheap here. Dawn Dish liquid 9 oz. $.99. The 3/31 P&G had a $.25 off Dawn coupon. Crest mouthwash/toothpaste is cheap or possibly free with the 3/31 P&G coupons and RRs. A free Ten 2 liter after RRs. Eggo Waffles $1.99, which has been the sale price at Kroger this week and last week. Kraft Macaroni and cheese for $.79 with in ad coupon makes a good filler. Trident Gum is $.99 each and there is a $1 off 2 coupon out from the 3/17 Smartsource insert. (I think I used this coupon already.) Comet Cleanser 14 oz. for $.59 with in ad coupon. I have used this as a filler before. The Arrid or Arm & Hammer deodorant/antiperspirant is $.99. And on the back of the flyer they list a number of free after RR items including: Sleep Right Nasal Breathe Aid 3 ct., Nescare Blister Waterproof Bandages 6 pk., Morton Epson Salt 4 lbs. and Allergease 21 pk. lozenges. Nice peanuts are $1.99 for 16 oz. I wonder if they have them in salt free, as I have had a hard time finding peanuts for $2 for lb. lately. Hmmm, Pocket Your Dollars throws out the possibility of the 3 Dr. Pepper ten 12 packs for $10 and use the coupon in the April instore book for $1 off each, so 3 for $7. Also, Friday, April 19th is a great day to go to Walgreens, as it is their Friends and Family Day. 15% off most items in store and 20% off Nice and Walgreens branded items. And yes, if the item is free after RRs, with the coupon, you actually get paid a little bit in RRs to take the item out of the store.
The CVS deals are also listed at Pocket Your Dollars. There is a 20% off coupon in the ad, but it excludes all sale items, so most of the time I rarely find anything to use it on. They have a 24 pack of purified water 16.9 oz. bottles, limit 3. Dr. Pepper 2 liters for $.99. Hmmm, maybe a Nivea deal. There is some $3 off 1 Nivea shaving balm coupons after you watch a video. Coke 2 liters $.99, limit 5. Free Colgate priced at $3, use $1 off 1 coupon from Sunday insert and $2 off from CVS coupon machine for some free Colgate Maxclean, Maxwhite or Maxfresh toothpaste. Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes, Krave, Raisin Bran, Froot Loops or Apple Jacks for 2 for $4 and receive $1 back in ECBs, then use some of the coupons listed in the Walgreens ad. Dawn dish liquid 9 oz. $.99. That is the main deals I see for CVS.
Hmmm, looks like CVS for some Kellogg’s dependent on what coupons I have and what they have in the store. Also some 2 liters and maybe the Nivea. Oh, and a free tube of Colgate, probably to donate. Walgreens for me will probably be maybe some Crest product, if our coupons matchup with RRs to make it free for donating, a Ten 2 liter, and maybe some peanuts, if they have salt free.
