The regular Wednesday/Thursday post on whether or not I am going to Walgreens or CVS on Thursday. Wish I could get these done earlier, and that they were a total full list of the deals, but just can’t seem to find the time yet.
Here is the Pocket Your Dollars CVS listing. I will probably go for the free Clear hair care product. It is $4.99 and receive a $4.99 coupon from the CVS coupon machine. Supposedly there was a coupon earlier available to print on this product, but it is no longer available now, but maybe you printed it earlier? I did not. Dawn 9 oz is $.99 and the P&G insert last week had some $.25 and $.50 off coupons. CVS usually includes the items that works with the $.50 off coupon in their sale. Some $1.99 Kellogg’s Corn flakes, corn pops, cocoa or rice krispies cereal 9 to 12.5 oz. Not really finding any $1 off 2 or $.50 off 1 coupon on these items though to make it worthwhile. Gold Emblem Red Bag candy 2.5 to 7 oz. for $.88. I could see paying that for the 7 oz., if it was chocolate. (Yes, chocolate is a favorite of mine.) The Maxwell House coffee deal is back. Their Wake Up Roast coffee 30.65 oz. is $6.99 and receive $1 back in ECBS, limit 1. Then use a $1 off 1 coupon from the 3/17 Smartsource insert for a total price of $4.99 after ECBs. Campbell’s soap 10.5 to 11.5 oz. or Swanson Broth 14 to 14.5 oz. for $.88. There is a great for cooking coupon for $.25 off 4 from 3/17 Smartsource insert, or $.50 off 3 healthy request soups from 3/3 Smartsource insert or $.40 off 4 chicken noodle/tomato soups from 2/10 Smartsource insert or $1 off 5 printable (excludes great for cooking soups, from Campbell’s website). Could make for some reasonably priced soup. There is a printable Almay coupon for $5 off 2 (coupons.com) that makes for a good deal on Almay. Rescue Sleep or Rescue Pearls stress relief 28 ct. is free after ECBs. For me, looks like mainly the free shampoo and I will probably use a rain check for some 2 liter soda for $1. I love that CVS rain checks last forever. What are you going to CVS for?
Here is the Walgreens Pocket Your Dollar Listing. They have the Sunny Smile Paper Products including paper towels or bathroom tissue 2 for $1, if you buy 2. Mars or Dove Candy is $.59 each and there is a buy one snickers bar get a free peanut butter snickers bar printable available on coupons.com. Dawn dish soap 9 oz. is also $.99 at Walgreens. The honey at Walgreens is usually the best price I can find. Nice canned vegetables 14.5 to 15.25 oz. is $.79 with in ad coupon and receive 100 reward points ($.10 equivalent) when you buy 2. I think $4.99 for 16 oz. of Nice Almonds isn’t too bad a price either. A Ten Soda 2 liter is free after RRs this week. ( I am sure I will at least get one. I rather like the Ten A&W variety. Of course, I am a diet soda drinker.) Kraft Salad dressing 16 oz. is $1.50 when you buy 2 and earn 1000 reward points (equivalent of $1) when you buy 2. They just don’t tend to carry my flavor, as we eat the lower fat varieties. Nice mushrooms can 4 oz. or Mandarin Oranges 11 oz. for $.69 with in ad coupon. Also Hunt’s tomato sauce 8 oz. or Butterball chicken broth 14.5 oz. $.50 with in ad coupon. Not the best deal, but good for a filler. A 4 pack of Walgreens Alkaline batteries for $.99 would also make a good filler. Arizona Tea or drink 20 or 23 oz. for $.50 with in ad coupon. There is some $1.99 Kellogg’s and Quaker cereals, but not the most coupons out on those at the moment. Coupons.com has $1 off 2 Kellogg’s Cinnamon Jacks, Frosted Mini-Wheats, Scooby Doo and or Special K Chocolatey Strawberry. Kellogg’s Family rewards has $.50 off cinnamon jacks; $.50 off crunchy nut; $.70 off scooby doo; $.50 off Krave; $1 of 2 All Bran, Rice Krispies, corn Flakes, or raisin bran; $1 off 2 Frosted Mini-wheats and/or frosted mini-wheats crunch; $1 off 2 Rice or Cocoa Krispies; $1 off milk 1/2 gallon when you buy 1 Kellogg’s crunchy nut; $2 off milk when you buy 2 Crunchy nut; $1 off fruit when you buy 1 crunchy nut and $2 off when you buy 2 crunchy nut. I am printing a few of the Kellogg’s coupons even if I don’t use them at Walgreens this week. The regular Kellogg’s site has a lot of the same coupons for printing also. The February All You magazine (which my postman never delivered with my mail forwarding issues.) also has a $1 off 2 any Quaker product coupon. Looks like I will mainly go to Walgreens to use my RR on the Ten 2 liter and maybe pick up some Kellogg’s cereal and see what flavors of Kraft salad dressing they have.
